Victorian Square Building

The Victorian Square Building in Aspen is a redevelopment of a 1960s commercial structure that had outlived its functionality. Under the auspices of Rowland + Broughton Architects, the replacement building displays striking contemporary architecture that complements the redevelopment of the Hyman Street corridor. Extending from the Aspen Art Museum to the historic Victorian structures on the Aspen Mall, this two-block corridor has seen an exciting revitalization in the current decade. Clauson Rawley Associates provided the approval process and conceptual site design for this project. ConnectOne landscape architects provided final site design.
