Colorado Licensed Landscape Architect
We are seeking a full- or part-time licensed Landscape Architect to join our team in Aspen, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our landscape design activities, creating planting plans, and overseeing site design components of our projects for both public and private sector clients. They will also be responsible for project management, coordinating with clients and other consultants, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Qualifications
DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE Licensure in Colorado or able to be licensed from another state through CLARB
SORRY, FOREIGN COUNTRY APPLICANTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
Proficiency in creating design plans and overseeing landscaping projects from conceptual design to construction management
Knowledge of landscape planning and design principles, including sustainable design practices
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, with experience working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and team members
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
Experience working with public sector clients and knowledge of land use regulations is a plus
Candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for creating exceptional landscapes that enhance the quality of life for communities and individuals alike.
