Schreiber Residence
Because of the rather narrow site, design for this residential project posed some challenges to incorporate landscape screening and desired amenities, including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Clauson Rawley Associates provided the site and amenity design, along with the design for a fence that would screen and outdoor patio area. Architecture by Charles Cunniffe Associates.
